When his first song was aired -- not when he signed his first major contract, not when he was a celebrity -- but when a local radio station accepted his music for the first time - Jon had over 400 demo songs recorded that nobody ever heard before. That's 40 albums of 10 songs each.
Am I the ONLY person who's interested/intrigued/curious/ even skeptical about the idea of FOUR HUNDRED PRE BON JOVI songs? ??

Right now there are only around 4 people who are interested in Bon Jovi....
I do remember back in '97 when Jon's cousin Tony released The Power Station CD, he did make a statement about releasing many more... before Jon sued him. So yeah, I believe it.
If the statement came directly from Jon, it would spark more interest. People desperately want a second box-set and knowing how many post'83 songs are in the vault, that will probably never see the light of day, adds frustration.
If the vault was cleaned out and Jon made a statement saying that he's going to release all these Power Station songs next, people would be somewhat excited but I don't think Jon owns the rights to any of them and as far as I know, they are pretty much on lock-down.
We have around 20 now. I don't know where songs like "Different Lady" / 'Heart Break Eyes" / "American Dream" leaked from but if they are part of the Power Station recordings, we have around 30 songs.

Am I the ONLY person who's interested/intrigued/curious/ even skeptical about the idea of FOUR HUNDRED PRE BON JOVI songs? ?? I don't believe he has/had that many. And even if he did, most of them would've just been crap. Probably just acoustic guitar and guide vocal, at most. "Recorded" doesn't have to mean "recorded in a studio" or even "recorded for anyone to hear". I know I'm not Jon and I'm not doing this professionally, but I probably have written about 400 songs. Most of them were crap. But I've only ever recorded the select few. And even fewer in a way that I would allow anyone else to listen to them. Think about SWW Basement demos with just an acoustic guitar. But yeah, it would be interesting to hear whatever Jon has from that period, but I really don't think it's 400 songs fully demoed. If it's even 40, that would be a lot. Demoing a song takes almost as much time as recording it properly, so 400 songs would mean years and years of just recording. Ice
